We are looking for a technical product manager who is passionate about fintech and brings knowledge, expertise and curiosity to further explore and add value to our product development.
A team player who is comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders while presenting an ability to work independently; Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, welcoming the challenge that comes along with it.
Your day 2 day will be about:
- Owning the product requirements in a SCRUM team (developers and QA); Driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, and production of detailed specs (PRDs)
- Translating business and customer needs into product specifications
- Building strong partnerships with external customers to deliver excellent products and services
- Engaging with customers regularly to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product features.
- Managing the SCRUM team roadmap as part of the complete product vision
- Working closely with the R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high quality product delivery
- Contributing to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Partake to grow the product management function
- Educational background - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information science, Information Technology Management or a related field – A must
- Professional experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record in fintech or banking sectors – A must
- Significant experience in defining and analyzing complex, cross organization systems and processes
- Experience in defining multiple systems integration – Advantage
- Specialized knowledge – Deep understanding of mortgage and credit management processes; proficiency in defining APIs and data structures – A must
- Technical proficiency:
- Demonstrable experience with Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience in defining micro services
- Core skills – Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, high level of independence and organization, excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Communication – Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken - A must
