Senior Salesforce Admin

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Admin with strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration and declarative tools. The ideal candidate has supported multiple Salesforce implementations, can work independently, and understands broader product and business needs—especially in complex, process-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and maintain complex Flows, automations, and process logic
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, validation rules, and permissions
  • Support lending and origination workflows through smart, scalable configuration
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, QA, and Backend teams to implement business requirements
  • Maintain and monitor data quality, system integrity, and user access models
  • Participate in solution design and contribute to architecture discussions from an admin perspective
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration, security, governance, and performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
  • Strong expertise in Flow Builder and advanced declarative automation
  • Experience working on multiple Salesforce projects or product environments
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and own end-to-end configuration delivery
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand cross-system flows and the larger business picture
  • Advantage: experience in fintech, lending, credit operations, or financial systems
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder) – advantage
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git) – advantage, but not mandatory for coding
